- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★We have been clients of Randy Jenkins for five years. After having Randy prepare our taxes, we regret not having switched accountants earlier. RLJ Financial Services is a family run accounting business, which means your tax preparation will not be handed off to other accountants or secretaries, creating more opportunities for errors, as with our previous accounting service. Randy has given us advice that has enable us get numerous deductions that our former accountant missed. He looks at things from lots of different angles and is able to provide us with options. He is knowledgeable and easy to talk to and we appreciate his honesty and attention to details. We actually look forward to talking with him yearly and to plan for the coming year to minimize our tax liabilities. He can clearly and concisely explain complicated issues regarding taxes and deductions. Amazingly, even during tax season, whenever we email or call Randy with a question, he responds quickly. I had an awesome experience doing my taxes. The wait was quick, loved the home made cookies. The surprise at the end was hilarious!!
